B19/18 -- Four (4) teams accepted:  Ambassadors '02B, Mon Valley FC B01, PCFC B19 and Pittsburgh Dynamo.  These teams while covering two brackets will play together in one competition for this event.  The team rosters on all teams are unique in that not one, sole age is represented on any roster.  Each team in this bracket spans up to four birthyears. *** Since there exists two teams declared for the 19U and 18U birthyears and since PA West endorses two teams per birthyear (Champs & Finalists) for advancement, both teams from BOTH age brackets are slated as ELIGIBLE to participate if they wish in the February 2020 USFF Regional Championships in Atlantic City, NJ.  In order to verify Champion & Finalist for this State Cup, games will commence for the 2020 record between the four teams.  In this event, each team will play the others 1X, then the top two teams will advance to a Finals game based on # Wins and Aggregate goals. *** SCHEDULE PUBLISHED SHORTLY***
